Site development including maintenance apron (approx. 74.000 m²) including 400 Hz supply for three aircraft parking lots, internal roads, parking places (approx. 30.000 m²), area lighting, surface drainage systems,waste and domestic water systems, heating and gas supply, illumination of the apron and general traffic areas. Next to the periferical fence a central gatehouse  (approx. 460 m²) was to be planned as well as the site development for a warehouse for aircraft spare parts adn a blast deflector.
